Who this is for

If any of these sounds like you, keep reading

You sell on a marketplace and have no site of your own

You have a storefront on Alibaba or Made-in-China, but when a buyer searches your company name, nothing comes up. When the platform changes its rules, your traffic goes to zero.

A marketplace is a rented stall. Your own site is an asset.

You have an old site that has produced nothing in years

It was built a decade ago, it breaks on mobile, it takes eight seconds to load, and Google long ago stopped caring about it. You do not know what is actually wrong.

Start with a free audit and see the problems before you spend anything.

You are new to exporting and need somewhere to point people

You are going to trade shows, sending outreach emails, quoting buyers. Without a credible site, the quote goes in the bin.

FAQ

The questions I get asked most

I already sell on Alibaba. Do I still need my own site?
Yes, but for a different reason. A marketplace gives you traffic; your own site gives you an asset. On a marketplace, a buyer compares you against three competitors on the same page. On your site, they only see you. And you do not control marketplace fees, rules or ranking. Most companies run both: the marketplace for reach, the site for credibility. Buyers who find a real website tend to assume they are dealing with a factory rather than a trader.
How long until the inquiries start?
Honestly: a new site usually takes 1–3 months to be indexed properly by Google, and organic inquiries typically start at 3–6 months, longer in competitive categories. I am not going to tell you otherwise. What works immediately is putting the URL into your outreach emails, business cards, trade show materials and email signature — that drives visits on day one. SEO is the slow lever, and my job is to build its foundation correctly.
Can you guarantee a number one ranking on Google?
No. Anyone who guarantees that is lying to you. What I can guarantee is verifiable work: site structure, load speed, structured data, keyword coverage, content cadence, links. Do those properly and ranking is the outcome rather than the promise. SEO is billed monthly and you can stop whenever you want — no lock-in contract.
Is 7–10 days realistic? What do you need from me?
It is, provided two things hold: you approve the design without reopening requirements, and you send the material in one batch. I need your company name and profile in English, a product list with specs and images, factory or workshop photos, certificates, and contact details. With that in hand, 7 days works. If not, we launch with 70% of the content and you fill the rest in from the admin panel.
My product material is only in Chinese. Is that a problem?
No. Send it in Chinese. I handle the translation and it is human-reviewed rather than raw machine output. Industry terms are handled the way your buyers expect — MOQ, OEM, CNC and so on stay in the wording your market actually uses. You just confirm the technical specs at the end.
Who owns the code, domain and hosting?
You do. Once the project is paid, the source is handed over and the domain, hosting account and admin credentials are transferred to you. After that the site runs with or without me. This is written into the contract, not just said out loud.
Do I have to buy hosting from you?
No. My own sites run on Henghost Hong Kong, but for clients I choose what fits the job: Henghost, another overseas host, or a server you already have. For export sites I usually suggest Hong Kong or Singapore — fast across Asia-Pacific and no ICP filing. I do not make margin on hosting.
How much for another language?
$210 per language, human-reviewed. Spanish, Russian and Arabic are the usual requests. Arabic involves right-to-left layout, which is more work and is quoted separately.
Can I add products or change prices myself later?
Yes, and I would rather you learned how. You get a screen recording plus one hour of live training covering products, images and text. Most people only need one session. If you would rather not touch it, the monthly care plan from $28 includes content updates — send them to me.
What happens after launch?
Every site comes with 30 days of free support — if something breaks, I fix it. After that you can take a monthly plan: $28 for maintenance (backups, security, updates), $55 with content updates, $110 with SEO and a monthly data review. Or take nothing at all. The site keeps running and the code is yours, so you can have anyone look after it.
How do I pay? Can you invoice my company?
WeChat Pay or a bank transfer, 30% deposit to start and 70% before launch, with the source code and accounts handed over the day the balance clears. Company invoices and bank-to-bank transfers are available if you ask up front, issued under Nanjing Boyou Culture Communication Co., Ltd. Overseas clients can pay by PayPal or T/T — for larger amounts T/T usually works out cheaper on fees.
